5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, final custom deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to you, excluding pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates, processes, and general know-how used by Aivolve.

Projects may rely on app stores, cloud providers, analytics tools, payment processors, AI model providers, hosting platforms, or other third-party systems. Aivolve is not responsible for third-party outages, fees, account actions, model outputs, policy changes, or approval decisions.
7. No Guaranteed Results
We provide professional services and practical product guidance, but we do not guarantee revenue, funding, downloads, rankings, user adoption, app store approval, model accuracy, or business performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivolve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services.
